Bhootnath Ashtkam Lyrics With Engish Meanings, Importance of Bhootnath Ashtkam, Chanting Video Link.
Bhootnath Ashtakam was composed by Shri Krishna Das Ji. "Bhootnath Ashtakam" is traditionally recited to worship Shiva's Tandava, destructive, compassionate, and ash-coated, Aghor form. Bhootnath means lord of all ghosts, spirits, ganas, and all living beings. This Ashtak provides a profound description of Shiva's Aghor, Tandava-like, fearless, and ash-coated form. Its recitation develops fearlessness, inner strength, and mental stability within the practitioner. Meditation on Shiva's destructive and dancing form instills detachment, a sense of impermanence, and an understanding of the profound elements of life.
