शारिका-भेदा महा-माया पूर्णं आयुः कुरू । हेमवती मूलं रक्षा कुरू । चामुण्डायै देव्यै शीघ्रं विध्नं सर्वं वायु-कफ-पित्त-रक्षां कुरू । मन्त्र-तन्त्र-यन्त्र-कवच-ग्रह-पीडान तर, पूर्व-जन्म- दोषान् तर, अन्य जन्म- दोषान् तर, मातृ-दोषान् दोषन तर, पितृ- दोषान् तर, मारण-मोहन-उच्चाटन-वशीकरण-स्तम्भन-उन्मूलनं भूत-प्रेत-पिशाच-जात-जादू-टोना-शमनं कुरू । सन्ति सरस्वत्यै कण्ठिका-देव्यै गल-विस्फोटकायै विक्षिप्त-शमनं महान् ज्वर-क्षयं कुरू स्वाहा ।।

२॰ ॐ ऐं ह्रीं क्लीं श्रीवासुदेवाय नमः, बटुक-भैरवाय आपदुद्धारणाय मम रक्षां कुरू-कुरू स्वाहा।।

३॰ ॐ ऐं ह्रीं क्लीं श्रीविष्णु-भगवान् मम अपराध-क्षमा कुरू कुरू, सर्व-विघ्नं विनाशय, मम कामना पूर्णं कुरू कुरू स्वाहा ।।

४॰ ॐ ऐं ह्रीं क्लीं श्रीबटुक-भैरवाय आपदुद्धारणाय सर्व-विघ्न-निवारणाय मम रक्षां कुरू कुरू स्वाहा ।।

५॰ ॐ ऐं ह्रीं क्लीं श्रीं ॐ श्रीदुर्गा-देवी रूद्राणी-सहिता, रूद्र-देवता काल-भैरव सह, बटुक-भैरवाय, हनुमान सह मकर-ध्वजाय, आपदुद्धारणाय मम सर्व-दोष-क्षमाय कुरू कुरू सकल विघ्न-विनाशाय मम शुभ-मांगलिक-कार्य-सिद्धिं कुरू-कुरू स्वाहा।।

एष विद्या-माहात्म्यं च, पुरा मया प्रोक्तं ध्रुवं । शम-क्रतो तु हन्त्येतान्, सर्वांश्च बलि-दानवाः।।१

य पुमान् पठते नित्यं, एतत् स्तोत्रं नित्यात्मना । तस्य सर्वान् हि सन्ति, यत्र दृष्टि-गतं विषं ।।२


अन्य दृष्टि-विषं चैव, न देयं संक्रमे ध्रुवम् । संग्रामे धारयेत्यम्बे, उत्पाता च विसंशयः ।।३

सौभाग्यं जायते तस्य, परमं नात्र संशयः । द्रुतं सद्यं जयस्तस्य, विघ्नस्तस्य न जायते।।४

किमत्र बहुनोक्तेन, सर्व-सौभाग्य-सम्पदा। लभते नात्र सन्देहो, नान्यथा वचनं भवेत् ।।५

ग्रहीतो यदि वा यत्नं, बालानां विविधैरपि । शीतं समुष्णतां याति, उष्णः शीत-मयो भवेत् ।।६

नान्यथा श्रुतये विद्या, पठति कथितं मया । भोज-पत्रे लिखेद् यन्त्रं, गोरोचन-मयेन च ।।७

इमां विद्यां शिरो बध्वा, सर्व-रक्षा करोतु मे । पुरूषस्याथवा नारी, हस्ते बध्वा विचक्षणः ।।८

विद्रवन्ति प्रणश्यन्ति, धर्मस्तिष्ठति नित्यशः । सर्व-शत्रुरधो यान्ति, शीघ्रं ते च पलायनम् ।।९
