  2. Sit straight always because this shows that we are keeping focus in our body and unknowingly we are aware about everything which is happening around us and within us which makes us fit and fine.
  3. Walk daily for sometime because while we walk, our whole body organs moves so automatically exercise happens which reduces the fat in the body.
  4. It is also good to intake liquid who want to reduce fat.
