There are 7 days in a week and they are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, saturday and there masters are Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn.

In the same way there are 27 nakshatra like Ashwini, Bharani, kritika, rohini, ardra etc and they also have there own masters. It is necessary to know about there masters too.

Importance Of Knowing Masters Of Days And Nakshatra:

This is a very important question in our mind that why to know about masters, so the answer is while performing pooja, rituals it is needed to take out auspicious time i.e. mahurat, and it is also good to do any pooja on the related day and nakshatra. For e.g. if any one want to perform surya shanti pooja then it must be done on sunday because Sun is the master of this day.

Mool nakshatra has its own importance, it is believed that if birth takes place in any mool nakshatra then it may create problems so if it happens then it is necessary to do shanti pooja as per capacity.
