In the year 2025, the planetary positions are as follows:

Ghata Sthapana Time as per Choghadiya :

1. Amrit's choghdiya will be from 6 to 7:30 AM in the morning.
2. Shubh's choghdiya will be from 9 to 10:30 AM in the day.
3. Laabh's choghdiya will be from 3 to 4:30 PM.
4. Amrit's choghdiya will be from 4:30 to 6 in the evening.

Note : If we do it around 12 o'clock then we will also get Abhijit Muhurta.

Materials for Ghat Sthapana/Kalash Sthapana (Navratri Ghatsthapana):

Red colored seat, earthen pot, barley, soil, pot filled with water, molly, cardamom, cloves, camphor, roli, whole betel nut, Akshat i.e. whole rice, coins, five leaves of Ashoka or mango, coconut, chunari, Vermillion, seasonal fruits and flowers, flower garlands, chowki etc.

How to establish Kalash during Navratri? (Shardiya Navratri Ghatsthapana Method):

1. On the first day of Navratri i.e. Pratipada, in the morning, free from daily routine and then clean the place where you want to install Sacred Kalash with Ghat.
2. Take an earthen vessel which is called Ghat, put soil in it and put barley in it, now again put some soil in it and again put some barley in it and sprinkle some water.
3. Tie a Mauli or Kalava on top of the ghat.
4. Now take a Kalash, make a Swastika on it, put water, betel nut, Akshat/Some rice, coin and Durva in it. Place 5 Ashoka or mango leaves in the Kalash and then wrap a chunni or red cloth on a coconut and then tie Raksha Sutra on it. Do this and place it on top of the Kalash.
5. Now place the pot or ghat in the north-east corner and establish the Kalash in the middle of it.
6. Now first of all you worship Ganesha and then worship other deities, offer incense, lamp, naivedya etc. on the Kalash and let the daily worship continue, sprinkle some water on the pot every day.

In this way, Ghat installation can be done easily at home.

Things To Do In This Navratris:

1. Do read durga shaptshati if possible daily.
2. If you are having busy schedule then don't worry chant the 108 names of goddess daily two times morning and evening and pray for success.
3. If you are having problem related to any negative energy then do recite devotedly "devi kawach" and pray to protect you.
4. Do worship small girls and make them happy to get blessings of goddess.
5. You can install siddha yantras like shree yantra, durga yantra, mahakali yantra in order to get success and protection.
6. Do give dhuni of gugal daily to make positive atmosphere.
7. The chanting of Navarn Mantra is also very good.

To know about the ride of the mother, it is said in Devi Purana that -

Shashi Surya Gajrudha Shanibhaumai Turangme|

Guraushukrech Dolayam Budhe Naukaprakirtita||

Meaning - If Navratri starts on Monday or Sunday, then the mother comes on an elephant, if it is Tuesday or Saturday, she comes on a horse. If it is Thursday or Friday, she comes in a palanquin. If it is Wednesday, she comes riding a boat.

This year Navratri is starting from Monday and so the mother will come on Elephant, which is a sign of happiness.
