  2. Take bath early in the morning and with normal water.
  3. Do yogasan only after 6 hour of any meal, after 2 hour if taken milk.
  4. Spread a blanket to perform your asans.
  5. Keep your self stressfree while doing asans.
  6. Use your nose to breathe and always take breathe from stomach
  7. Don't get in touch with air or sunlight just after asans.
  8. Choose clean and calm place to perform your daily yogasan practice.
  9. Do "shavasan" if feeling stress.
  10. After yogasan go for toilet.
  11. Don't do asans in hurry otherwise problem may arise.
